Halfway through the year!

PUBLIC HOLIDAY – MONDAY 1 JUNE + 8 JUNE

No training on these days – Reconciliation day the 1st of June, and the Kings birthday the 8th. Please come along to a different session this week to make up for the missed class.

MOUTHGUARDS

Mouthguards are necessary for sparring week; you will not be able to fully participate without one. It is recommended that you either buy one such as “Shock doctor” or get a custom one from a dentist. Often times private health insurance includes custom mouthguards for children for free or at a significant discount. It is worth investing in a proper fitting mouthguard. A mouth guard that is not properly fit is ineffective and you will not be able to spar safely.

GRADING – 27th JUNE

Coloured belt grading is coming up soon, keep training hard. Invitations will be sent out soon. If you don’t receive an invitation and you were intending to grade, please reach out to Erin (info@sangrok.net.au) or chat to your instructor at training.

Red and black belt students are reminded to make time to chat to Trip at the beginning or end of an intermediate class on Wednesday or Saturday. You can also email info@sangrok.net.au to book in a time or request to meet during a different class.

EXERCISE OF THE MONTH
