Sangrok is focused on family training with classes that cater for adults, teens, and children training together,
We welcome children under seven to train with a parent in our general classes or to join our Sangrok Mini program, specifically for children aged 4-7 years old. See below for more information about our Sangrok Mini class!
Children under 7 are free with a parent when signing up for our ongoing memberships.

Sangrok Mini runs on a term basis, with classes at 10.30 am on Saturdays. We offer a free trial class for any new students.
